How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and embroidery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Addis Ababa (Finfinnee). International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
Can I request specific embroidery colors or patterns?
Absolutely. Most of our pieces are customizable — you can choose embroidery colors, pattern styles, and sizing. Use the custom order option or contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, bank transfers (CBE, Awash Bank), and mobile money (TeleBirr, CBE Birr).
How do I care for handwoven garments?
Most pieces should be hand-washed in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Iron on medium heat. Specific care instructions are included with each order.
Can I order matching outfits for a group or event?
Yes — we do bulk and group orders for weddings, cultural events, and celebrations. Contact us for group pricing and coordination.
What if my size isn't listed?
We offer custom sizing on all our pieces. Provide your measurements when placing your order, or contact us for guidance. See our Size Guide for measuring instructions.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable. Contact us to initiate a return.
Do you design for specific celebrations?
Yes! We have collections designed for Irreechaa, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Meskel, and baptisms. We can also create bespoke pieces for any occasion.
