By placing an order on weedduudesign.com, you agree to these terms. Weedduu Design reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural characteristics of handwoven items and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. For Ethiopian customers, ETB equivalent is shown using a live exchange rate. Payment can be made via credit card (Stripe), bank transfer (CBE, Awash Bank), or mobile money (TeleBirr, CBE Birr).

4. Shipping

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free shipping on orders over $150
• We ship worldwide from Addis Ababa (Finfinnee), Ethiopia

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in your country.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made items are produced to your specifications and are non-refundable. Turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Custom-made items are non-refundable
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
